A man has been charged over a robbery and break-in on the Central Coast last week.
Just after midnight on Sunday 18 December 2016, police were called to a shop on Victoria Street, East Gosford, after a man allegedly kicked in the front doors and entered the store.
The man allegedly took a number of items from the shop.
A security officer attended and arrested the 44-year-old man leaving the shop.
Police were alerted and officers from Brisbane Water Local Area Command attended.
The man was taken to Gosford Police Station where he was charged with destroy or damage property, and break and enter with intent to steal.
He’s been granted conditional bail to appear at Gosford Local Court on Tuesday 17 January 2017
