Police have charged a man following two alleged acts of indecency committed at North Gosford.
About 1pm (Friday 15 January 2016), an 87-year-old woman was in her home on Gertrude Street when a man knocked on the door.
The man allegedly tricked the woman and entered the home.
While in the home, the man committed an act of indecency before leaving. The woman called police.
Officers from Brisbane Water Local Area Command attended and commenced an investigation
While making inquiries, investigators spoke to another woman, aged 45.
She told police a man had entered her home on Gertrude Street in September 2015 and allegedly committed an act of indecency, which she did not report.
Today (Monday 18 January 2016), investigators arrested a 39-year-old man in a hospital at Gosford. He was charged with commit act of indecency x2.
The man was refused bail. A bedside hearing was held, where he was formally refused bail to appear at Gosford Local Court on Tuesday 9 February 2016.
